This exquisite floral display features 16 whimsical and meticulously handmade flowers, designed to captivate and impress your guests. Available for rent only at FORJ; in the Twin Cities, you can choose individual flowers at $50 each (5-day rental), $60 each (7-day Rental), or the complete set of 16 for $500 (5-day rental) or $600 (7-day rental). The complete display includes:
- 16 flowers: silk, foam, and paper material
- 16 stems: PVC tubing covered in paper
- 13 bases: metal, accompanied with weights as necessary for stability
- 9 leaves: accompanied with velcro ties to secure leaves to stems
Dimensions
The sturdy base with single-prong and double-prong stem holders measures 7 feet wide by 4 feet deep, while the full arrangement—including leaves and flowers—reaches an impressive 9 feet tall, 9 feet wide, and 4 feet deep, making it a striking centerpiece for any event.
If you opt out of delivery and assembly services, make sure your car can fit the display!
The flowers and bases are transported in two plastic containers measuring 17.5" tall x 20.5" wide x 35" long. Stems are transported in a plastic bag secured with string and measure 5' 8" tall x 9" wide x 6" deep. Leaves are secured with rope and bundled are 5' tall x 11" wide x 2.5" deep.

Birthday parties (wouldn't the display make the most amazing backdrop?!), gender reveals, baby showers, graduation parties, and more! The sky is the limit when it comes to this display. :)
The Rental Process
Your Booking Includes:
- A Signed Rental Contract (which I will send to you after you request your booking!)
- A Welcome Packet with Important Dates & Information
- An Assembly & Disassembly Guide for the Floral Display
- A Final Coordination Call 30-50 days Before Your Event
- Drop-Off and Set-Up Coordination with your Venue (for an additional fee)
Communication:
Our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM CST Monday - Friday. We will respond to your inquiries within our Monday - Friday office hours, and no more than 72 hours after you email us at contact@forjstudio.com.
Payments:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due upon booking. The remaining 50% along with a cleaning fee of $50, a $150 refundable Damage Deposit, and any add-ons you select, are due 30 days prior your event.
The Floral Display includes a cleaning fee of $50 for post-event sanitation and organization of materials for their next rental. The refundable $150 Damage Deposit will be returned to you after your event if the rental is returned undamaged.
Late Fees:
Overdue invoices will incur a $75 late fee and an additional 1% of the unpaid invoice amount every day, up to 5 days after the invoice due date. After 5 days, FORJ; has the right to terminate the rental agreement, retain any monies recieved thus far, and forfeit services.
Order Changes. Rescheduling & Cancellation:
You have up to 20 days before your event to make changes to your order, and at that time will be billed for any additional services. Overages will be refunded after your event. Changes are subject to the available inventory at the time of request.
You may reschedule for any reason up to 45 days in advance of your event. One complimentary reschedule within 12 months of your original booking is included in your first reservation with FORJ;.
To avoid charges, you must cancel 31 days before your event (notify me at k.forjstudio@gmail.com) and receive confirmation from me. Failure to do so will result in the mandatory payment of the remaining balance. The initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
Pick-Up/Drop Off & Set-Up/Tear Down
Save on delivery and set-up fees with our detailed assembly and disassembly guide, or pay for these services for an even easier rental experience! If you are picking up, you must do so 24-36 hours before your event. After your event, you have 48 hours to return your rental(s) to company headquarters.
Delivery & Retrieval is free within 30 miles of zip code 55303, and $3.30/mile for every mile outside a 30-mile radius of 55303. We will travel up to 5 hours one way to deliver the display, but keep in mind you will incur additional fees for our transportation, lodging, and food based on per diem rates in the state and fiscal year of your event.
If you pay for delivery & retrieval services and/or set-up and tear-down services, we will coordinate the appropriate procedures with your venue so you can sit back and relax!
Our set-up fee is $100/hour for one to two helpers, and will vary based on if you rent one flower, several flowers, or the full set. Note: It can take 5 people one hour to set up the full display. We will secure additional helpers at $50/person to set up and tear down if you need quick service.
